1.2343 Steel properties
The carbide is small and distributed uniformly in steel. H11 tool steel has great cold and heat fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance, hot and cold processing performance and hardenability. It has oxidation resistance, high toughness and wear resistance in the medium temperature. H11 steel round bar sheet plate properties and H11 steel heat treat as below.
- The toughness of 1.2343 steel is higher than H13 steel. It needs to heat treatment. And the hardness of general application is 50-54HRC.
- Widely used for the insert parts of the mold.
- High hardness and toughness, meeting many requirements of hot work mold steel.
- The main components are chromium, molybdenum and vanadium, 1.2343 steel is smelted by the electroslag remelting process.
